Three legged pup when he thinks he is in trouble, I can see him limping as he moves around but when he runs, it disappears. I don't know if he is playing us or if he's stiff after a night and forgets it when he is excited and running.
DH is struggling with guilt but that might be a good thing. He was a bit gung-ho about letting him off the lead in fields, assuring me that his follow instinct is strong. It is, but so is his wilfulness. Physically, his head itches but otherwise the glue is holding. I think he has managed to remove the dribbled bit in his eyebrow without losing it (pirate like).
In other news I have made a bread pudding using a pack of rolls and a pack of weird (cheese and jalapeno weird) Hot X buns (both from TGTG bags). I picked a bit of mould off the underside of the rolls (they'll be fine once cooked!). The buns smelt weird before it went in the oven but it looks fantastic (I turned the roasting tin round so one end isn't darker). Not sure if it is my Mum's or my Grannie's recipeSave £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)
OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at £1286.68/£3000 or 42.89% of my annual spend so far
