NSD 8 for me yesterday, and 4 in a row, had to break it to go food shopping today though : ( managed to only spend £22 on my meal plan this week though as hubby is away for two days and I already had a lot of veg in.
Hopefully have another no spend tomorrow.

Avoided the temptation of buying a drink in my lunch break so that's NSD 4/10 for me .
Made extras of tonight's dinner so no excuses to buy anything at lunchtime tomorrow either , going to see if I can make it till my day off on Thursday without buying anything.
