So you lost at POPLA. But if you have the photos, [articularly with the paper showing date, you have an excellent opportunity to win in court, put in a counter claim, report them to BPA and get them sanctioned.

Or you can take it to the Daily Mail first.

this would take maybe between 4 and 68 months to go to court , so I fail to see how your wife`s condition can affect anything

chances are the baby will be walking and talking before any court claim in your local court !!

so you lost at popla , the acid test is in court, where a judge decides
  • POPLA have not been fit for purpose for a long time, to be honest, it is a waste of time telling people to appeal to them these days.
    It just adds pressure on.

A signed affidavit stating the photos were taken at the time stated if it goes to court or it will be same again.
I do Contracts, all day every day.
  • "Furthermore, in response to the operator’s case file, the appellant submitted further photographic evidence to POPLA taken on 24 January 2017. POPLA is not able to accept additional evidence submitted at this late stage so I have not taken these into account when making my decision."

What a load of cobblers! Your photos of the signs were in response to the photos Parking Lie supplied in their evidence pack, which you are entitled to challenge.

"After reviewing the evidence, I am satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that the photographic evidence of the signage at the site supplied by the operator shows the restrictions in place at the time the PCN was issued".

    More nonsense.

Some POPLA assessors really are incompetent and you should send a complaint to POPLA's lead adjudicator Mr. Dunford.

The decision is not binding on the motorist, so you are not required to pay a penny.

Parking Lie have been caught lying again, so would be stupid to take this to court themselves.

As above, complain to the PoPLA lead adjudicator, plus the BPA, and DVLA that parking lie have lied to PoPLA, and show them the proof.

Western Daily Press, Bristol Evening Post, and the Daily Wail should all be told about this parking company telling lies, and the Health Centre should be included in all this as they employed parking lie.

Complaints should also be made to your MP and Mrs May.

Yep I know, which is why they might be interested in the allegedly false evidence here. The photo evidence here is dynamite.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
