So if you want evidence that ParkingEye are lying through their teeth! Here we go!

My wife had a visit with the midwife this morning and i got her to check the signs again...... 1 sign is covered but the other 4 are.
She took a picture holding today's paper

Larger images would be useful, but in a court of law a copy of the newspaper put in front of the judge would be persuasive enough since the banner headline would clearly match.

Definitely contact the press (and your MP.) A Journo would be able to produce a nice big high quality image.

Perfect. The date on the paper can clearly be seen, and the tape on the signs and marks on the brickwork exactly matches your previous pics from your PoPLA appeal. Gotcha!

Complain also to the BPA and PoPLA and the DVLA, and contact the Parking-Prankster.

Yup - All digital photos have the date and time information plus a number of other potentially relevant details embedded as part of the EXIF data - So unless you have deliberately stripped it out, all images are stamped.

Sorry it should read : 1 sign shows the Saturday parking charges but the other 4 are covered as per the photo's

Yes I suspect most PPC's are adept at removing and altering dates on their photos.

According the file details of the photo Parking Lie have submitted as evidence, the photo was taken on Monday 1st January 1601 00:00 ...!! Just a few hundred years before the invention of photography, a miracle:rotfl:
