Naming the wrong road does of course allow you to:
1. Put them to proof as to the driver
2. Force them to rely on PoFA
3. Defend on the basis that your car was not on the relevant land (force them yo name it) and/or on the basis that the claimant had no authority to ticket on that other road....
It should be possible to prepare a statement denying that you ever parked on that day and date in that location.0
