IAS appeal rejected

I receieved a PCN from UK Car Park Management LTD, while i was parked on a public road but in front of garage apparantly operated by them. I was in the car at the time their parking attendant took a photo of my car. The address they state the car was parked on is not correct, i was parked on a public highway and not private land. I'm a bit confused to say the least, as my appeal was rejected.
Should I appeal again or just ignore it.

as explained in the NEWBIES sticky thread, the option is IGNORE
that same thread tells people not to use the kangaroo court called the IAS
either way , you appealed , twice , it was rejected , twice
so now its IGNORE for 6 years unless you get an LBC or an MCOL in the post
keep all paperwork , pictures of the site etc for the same 6 years
if you do , come back to this thread for further assistance (but not debt collector letters, we are not interested in their drivel)0 -
Thank you for your quick response.
I will ignore and see what happens although I've been threatend with maybe a County Court Judgment being made against me.
Cheers.0 -
only if you lost in court, then didnt pay the judgment promptly (usually within 28 days)
as long as you comply with the court judgment , no CCJ will follow
(so again , more lies)0 -
Thanks, once again, m mind is now at rest.0

Hmm. everyone is confused what these scammers do.
You see, the IAS/IPC is a sham set up by Gladstones Solicitors who protect their members.
For some un explained reason, the government seems to think that these cowboys were honest people so they gave them ATA status offering a sham appeals serivice.
IAS normally reject 90% of appeals and that's because their members like UK Car Park Management ..... PAY THEM.
If you can spot this scam. have a chat to your local MP because if government allows this scam, what other scams is Mrs May allowing ???
You have tried and that's good, shows you wanted to resolve it.
Next step will be idiotic debt collectors trying to scare you.
YOU TOTALLY IGNORE THESE IDIOTS ... THEY CAN DO NOTHING.
If this follows the usual cr*p, sooner or later Gladstones will make contact with threats of court.
Did you understand this scam ?
Gladstones run the IAS.
THE SCAM CIRCLE COMPLETES IF GLADSTONES CONTACT YOU
There are some PPC's who are also being scammed by Gladstones even though they are IPC members.
The other cronies are BWLegal who are just as incompetent.
Do talk your local MP as scamming is a very serious issue. Show him this

Check out the Gladstones boys here ....

When and if you complain to your local MP, refer to the man who seems to allow this terrible scam.
Marcus Jones MP ....... A MAN WHO HAS PROVEN TO BE USELESS
One of Mrs May's boys who should be destined to the scrap heap0 -

You should then fightback by complaining to the DVLA about UKCPM getting your data when the car was actually on public highway.
Do not reply to debt collectors but if you get a Solicitor's letter or a Court claim, you must respond - and we can help. No CCJ just happens, you can defend and even lose and still not have your credit rating even sniffed at.
Here is what will likely happen, this case is VERY like yours so read it all - this person is rattling the DVLA's cage, as you should too:

Get that evidence now, better than when in a spin later on if dealing with a claim like that poster. Not a reason to pay 'for an easy life' though - that would be sponsoring the scam and funding the next PCNs against more vulnerable people than yourself.
HTHPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If this is a public highway, complain in writing to your local Trading Standards Department, they could be in deep doo doo.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

You need to double check it is a public road, as above, then go for them, and whoever took them on.
If you can find out who the ppc are working for hit them with a data protection act breach, if you were parked on a public highway they had no right to obtain your data, they may as well just take some random registration numbers from cars parked in the street, issue PC's and as (sadly) some will just pay it could be highly profitable.
Also complain to the IPC it probably will go no where, but a brushed aside serious compliant with no action taken by the trade association would be fuel for a further complaint to the DVLA and any one else with the intention of showing that the IPC are not fit to have ATA status with the DVLA.
Can you provide a link/streetview/address of the location, there may be some here who would be happy to look and check it out. From the Plain Language Commission:

Well, I've now been sent a with County Court Business Centre claim form, from Gladstones Soliciotrs, asking for £245. Which was sent on the 4th of October to my previous addresss, hence the lateness.
I've spoken to UK Car Park Management Ltd, with no satisfaction. The lady on the phone cliamed that they have notices signposted that cover all of Curran Embankment, in Cardiff.
I've also spoken to Cardiff Council who say that Dumballs Road is a public highway.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.0 -
