Paid £10 off the cc today. Also last night took the plunge and cancelled my dormant card. It's sat with a zero balance for some time but I didn't want to close it in case I needed to do another transfer - thought it would be easier to an existing card rather than applying for a new one. Have now determined that when my 0% runs out on balance cc1 it will be able to be transferred across to balance cc2 so no longer need this dormant one as a back up and feel more in control for having closed the account. Finally feel like I'm getting somewhere.
