    Another token £1 for me today - will probably be the same until payday now unless I get an expenses payment early.

    Have looked at my loan account and am really pleased. I have decided for the moment to keep the term the same and try and reduce the monthly payments, just until they are a bit lower. I have already saved £40 in interest with the payments I am making.

    Evening everyone i have made a payment of £6.11 to credit card 2, also after having a quick run through my accounts i also paid £2.18 to credit card 1 to round the figure down to a even figure

    Mortgage Amount Outstanding £116,682.20
    2025 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #49 £1401.29/£1,250 (104.74%/100.00%)
  • £59.78 mortgage overpayment today please Jet.

    That brings my mortgage term end down by another month. Now 01/03/2033. More importantly, an estimated £237.64 interest saved so far!
