You said you can't afford to pay it now. It would be far better for your family to commit to saving than buying luxury items.
Have you exchanged on the house yet? If not you do need to let the lender know of your change in circumstances.
Please dont assume I dont already know this0 -
If admin would like to delete this post now as its completely irrelevant to my original question, then please do so.0

That's because its irrelevant information. But you seem a nosey bunch and dig for more information rather than help on the specific question I asked.0 -

If irrelevant then why post it?? I think you need to read your own posts before you post them an d make sure ALL your facts/information is correct that way you don't get caught out.0 -
I find it totally confusing that you claim you are a qualified accountant yet had no idea how income tax works.0

The specific question you asked has been answered several times. Constant digging has shown that your original post lacked some information which has misled people into wrongly assuming your personal circumstances.
Using the phrase "I cant afford to have my pay delayed let alone wrong!" leads people to believe you are the sole breadwinner and will suffer serious financial hardship if you don't get your correct pay on time.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
