    As a side note i have been emailing you guys on the forum team and had no update since 1/2 months ago so just been waiting, can't believe a company the size of vodafone can't get a web site working though and for this amount of time too....

    Just to advise that Vodafone have e-mailed me and offered me 2 months half price line rental for the inconvenience of not being able to access on line bills.

    Further update - have been able to access online bill and guess what.......previous bill was incorrect. It should have shown a £30 credit which Customer Services told me they could see appearing on the itemisation I couldn't see when I queried the total. But it aint showing anywhere. Have requested an urgent explanation. Very very unhappy with this company now. And doubtful whether the latest sweetner will appear.

    The online billing still isn't 100% for a lot of our customers.
