I signed up for online billing months ago - and I still get paper bills with itemisation and can't see any £1.50 charge addedworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0

I am totally p!ssed off with them too
Just a word of warning though, when you log-in to your online account
DO NOT BELIEVE HOW MANY MINUTES YOU HAVE LEFT.
Even when you dial 191 for the text message that shows you'r current estimated bill amount don't believe it!!
When you phone customer services to ask the information about your bill, how many minutes you have left etc, do not believe it
3 months ive been stung now ( i should have learnt my lesson i know but i'd never had a problem in the 4 years ive been with them)
Got told by CS, 191 text messgage and online completely different amounts and as it happened they were all wrong :T yay!
resulting in yet another high bill this month.(£82)
I had written a letter to cancell my contract on the 20th October (when its up) and they keep calling me to ask why ????
ive had about 10 phone calls now.
Are they having a !!!!!!! laugh!
Sorry,rant over :rotfl:I heart The Capital0 -
Hi, I'm sorry that you've all had the online billing problem with itemisations. We do expect to have online billing up and running again in mid October. In the meantime we're happy to send out copies to you free of charge on request.
For cash back claims, when you read the cash back terms for these companies it will tell you that you need original bills. If you register for online billing it does say that you won't get paper bills if you sign up. This means that you don't get an original paper bill. After the bill date you can only get a copy. Something to bear in mind if you enter into a cash back deal, have paper billing until you've had your full cash back redemption.
Vodafone can't honour cash back deals for customers who are rejected for cash back claims because the cash back offer is done by the agent separately and is not related to Vodafone. The agent will have had their commission from Vodafone for your connection and they honour the cash back themselves.
If you want to get in touch by e-mail, click here and we can send you copy bills out free of charge. If you put FIT135 in the body of your e-mail somewhere, this will get to the specialist forum team who can print your bill off in the office and physically send it out for you so we know it has been sent to your billing address.

I was told much the same for my on-line billing which I signed up to to try and get an on-line indication of minutes available. I then switched it back to paper bills and ditched the online access altogether because of cashback implications. The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!

I have had trouble with my bills. They are never available on line. I was told by vodafone that to have a paper bill it would cost me £1.50 a month. I also need mine for a cash back claim. I can't see this charge on my bill though.2025 Decluttering 10472⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Copy invoices cost £1.50 per month, however we’re happy to send them to you free of charge while our online billing is down.
If you’d like paper billing set on your account until the online billing is fixed, we can also do this free of charge.
Follow the instructions from Hopefullyuseful above, as he tells you how to get in touch.

Just an update, was on the online billing earlier and more of it is working.0

It's now working for some customers, however it isn't completley resolved. Our engineers are still aiming for mid October for a total resolution.
