I'm just checking out DS lites for christmas too.. I was only doing a quick check on ebay (I have 4 things with bids now!) and got severely sidetracked and purchased one DS (a white one).. just need another 5 now.. DD2 has one and they argue like nothing on earth about it.. so in theory if they have one each they won't argue.. yes ?? lol

I'm also browsing wicker houses for bunnies and shopping baskets... wierd combination, I know.

I was quite disappointed the account had no money in... would have been great if it had.. we are quite skint today!! lol

Just waiting for hubby to finished faffing in the kitchen and we are off to bed.

Go to bed woman.. you have flying to do tomorrow!! nighty-night hun-bun xx

  • Hey Pigpen,

I hope you can get the "extra" bank account sorted out... It is strange how they manage to do it. OH had a phone call a few months ago, he was really suspicious and phoned the guy back (at the fraud dept) and someone had taken it upon themselves to use his details (small purchases 1st then much larger) The really strange thing was the card handn't been used for about 8 months so not much chance of it being cloned etc  Anyway the bank sorted it out really quickly - I hope you are as lucky.

Also a huge thank you for the posting dates - I have set a reminder on outlook - Ask me on the 8th December if I have posted it :rotfl:

Have painted the 1st coat onto dd1 stool - although takes 16hrs to dry - does nobody at dulux have kids?! So I know what ds1's 1st strop of the day will be about

So far I/we have managed to:

Clean kitchen window & back door and frame (both sides)
Glass partition thing in the utility room and door to kitchen,
Kids wiped down the lower cupboard doors (for a marble :rotfl: )
Clean the inside of all the windows and window ledges in the dining room,
Wipe the dining table and all other furniture,
Set up the bookcase ready to have danish oil applied tomorrow,
Put up some pics, moved wine rack and other assorted jobs that I can't remember now...

btw they won't argue about who has the console - it will move on to who has which game ;)
Will kick myself into bed via the shower... catch you all later (today  )

Morning all don't think I have ever been first to post.

Had a horrible dream and could not get back to sleep, my back started aching then so I got up rather than disturb OH.

Been down here since 5:00 and have sorted out my PTA banking for later and one pile from the family room floor. I will be tired later I know.

Need to send a few emails and maybe sort pile no 2 from the floor.

Cats keep meowing at me - not feeding them yet.

    Heather hugs to you all

We will all be tired later now. I have DS3 on my lap now eating a digestive and DS2 was down a while ago. May be the wind has woken them because I am making no noise down here on my own.

How come when I came off the PC last night we were on 2 pages and now we're on 4? Don't you lot ever sleep?

Well today as well as pigpen's list, I've got to:

Go to see the nurse for a smear - nice, I think not!
Go to the bank to pay cheque in:j
Go to the charity shop to get rid of stuff I've sorted out over the weekend
Go to Newcastle to pick DH's phone up:mad:
Fetch DS from school at 1pm then back at 3pm when DD finishes!
    Go to work this evening

Hugs to all that need them and hop everyone has a good day.

Michelle - hope Charlie is feeling better today and your morning sickness is holding off.
Shell - hope you're feeling better.
Pigpen - we haven't lost any more hair over night have we?;)
Kaz - hope things are better in your house this week
Heather - thinking of you - we had to have our eldest dog put to sleep a few months ago so I know how you're feeling

    Sorry if I've missed anyone

Morning, just been reading through the posts so am commenting now while I remember or I'll forget when I post my list later and I'm feeling chatty!

Michelle glad you got him sorted, the NHS direct have always been brilliant round here too and A&E dealt with DS straight away when he was really poorly, nice to see them getting some credit! Hope the little mite feels better today and your not too stressed
Heather My LO is 1 next month too, 2 weeks tomorrow actually, and Michelle and Toriant have babies 1 around that time too. Sorry about your dog, we had to do that for my inlaws at the beginning of the year and it was really hard but truely the kindest thing
Pigpen I'm with you and waiting for my CHB tomorrow as I'm so so skint till DH payday on friday!

Right, better dash, DS is watching Cbeebies - bad mother! Boiler man just rang and is coming 11.30 to 2.30 so off to playgroup this morning. Catch you all later xx
