    Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in the phone. When it says phone restricted, press
    ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restrictions code and input the code into the bow on the screen.

    The 7310 Supernova is a BB5 phone I’m afraid, only your network provider, or a professional unlocker can help here.

    Sorry, only direct unlocking for this phone, either your network provider, or pro unlocker.

    The best bet is to contact your network, before you buy it, or take it to a pro unlocker afterwards.
