Is it a 3120 (c) ? If it is that means its the 3120 classic and its a BB5 model so you can only get that unlocked with cables and hardware from a unlocking shop or by buying the code direct from Orange ?

Just double check the IMEI number Claire, also what message came up when you entered the final digit of the code ? If its all o.k then I would say its a classic and will need a cable and hardware unlock.

It will be a Classic Version, you cant unlock these little swine's by free code, cheapest way will be taking it to a Phone Unlocking shop for a cable and hardware unlock as Orange charge £20 for the codes for it. Sorry I couldn't help you further Claire x
