IMEI: 352061029033863
Any help much appreciated - also, sorry if silly question but this won't affect the phone in any way like loss of data?
Question 2: Any way I can get rid of the annoying Nokia start up 'shaking hands' & tune?MFW #185

The only way to unlock it is by either buying the unlock code off O2 or taking it to an unlocking shop as there are no free codes. It wont affect your phone in anyway, also I would try a different sim in the phone first as a lot of the time O2 phones are already unlocked.0 -

Not sure about that, have looked at this page but not all the way through it, it tells you how to remove the operator logo so if you have a read it might give you an idea how to remove the start up logo and tune ?

i am going to be going abroad for 5 months soon and my mobile network tmobile will not let me reduce my contract down whilst i am away even though i will be completely unable to use it. I want to unlock my phone so that i can use a foreign SIM card in it but it seems that the 6500 classic is difficult to unlock - does anyone have any tips/ the code for doing this? I am very confused by the whole thing to be honest and am scared that if i try and unlock my phone it might make it not work
any advice would be v gratefully received.

The only way you can unlock the 6500 is to either buy the unlock code direct from T-Mobile, think they charge £20 or you can take it to an unlocking shop where they will use cables and hardware to unlock it, this will cost between £10-£200 -
