But your second "update" post in the thread says "DCT 4 Phones which can be unlocked for free as follows:-

Nokia 1100 Nokia 1100 Nokia 1101 Nokia 1108 Nokia 1110 Nokia 1110 Nokia 1110i Nokia 1112"

Hence my request. And now im a bit confused.

Sorry that is my fault, I got the list off another Forum and the 1112 Shouldn't be on there as it is one of the phones that cant be unlocked for free, my apologies, I will try and get this post edited.

Its a BB5 model so you will need to buy the unlock code off the network it is locked to or take it to an unlocking shop to be unlocked with cables and hardware.

Now you cannot, I'm afraid. these are BB5 phones and can only be unlocked by a network provider. If you enter the wrong code 3 times in a row, not even the network provider can unlock it.

have u tried another sim card? normally nokias arren't locked in my experience
