you also need hardware box with the cable so too expensive for one phone
try your local unlocking stall - about £10 for unlock

I have a nokia 6030 locked to O2 and twice I have entered the codes and they work but the phone remains restricted ? The screens displays 'Phone has no restrictions' but when I switch on it comes back to enter the code screen ?

Any help much appreciated
