No free codes as its a BB5 model, you can either buy the unlock code direct from 3 or take it to a Pro Unlocking shop.

I have just tried unlocking my nokia 6500 slide on one of thoses free unlockers but it has not worked is there someone who can help please.....

Its a BB5 Model so you cant unlock it for free, the only options you have are buying the unlock code off Orange for £20 or take it to a phone unlocking shop where they will use cables and hardware which will cost between £15-£20.
