No free codes as this is a BB5 model so only solution is buying the unlock code off orange or having it unlocked at a pro unlocking shop. No free way

hey . . . . each time i put in the number it comes up with code error, that happens whether i have a sim card in it or out of it . . . and if i put a t-mobile sim in and type in the number it says "can not undo restriction" . . . any help on that would be appretiated
