I was wondering if someone can help me, I have just purchased a second hand 6111 from a cex shop in london, but i could not test it untill i got home. I put my t-mobile chip into the phone, as it is supposed to be locked to t-mobile, but it came up with 'phone restricted'.
Could someone give me a code to unlock it to work on the O2 network, the IMEI number is: 354556011240879, as I said earlier it is locked to t-mobile.

Well, actually, one of these should work if it's locked to t-mobile, but if it was then your t-mobile sim should have worked in it?

Sorry, Nokia 5200 is a BB5 phone - I think you'll either have to get in unlocked by cable or contact your service provider for a code.

I depends on the model of phone, but if it can be unlocked then, yes you can use an Orange sim to get Orange wednesdays. Why note post the phone model & IMEI and see if someone here can get you a free unlock code.

If it says the phone is restricted with your T-Mobile card in it then it wont be locked to T-Mobile you will need to try other sims in the phone to find out what network the phone is locked to, as the codes above will not work and you only get 3 or 5 attempts before the phone is hardlocked.
