no luck mate, just says cannot undo restriction

That means the phone is hardlocked and cant be unlocked using codes, it has to be taken to an unlocking shop where they will use cables and hardware to unlock it for around £5 mate.

I am having trouble unlocking my mobile.

The phone is currently on Vodafone and the IMEI number is 359750009112753. The model is 6021, although when I generated these codes on a website it gave them for the 6020. The phone has a new o2 sim card in.
