guys - have skimmed back through this thread, and was after an update really.....

from above it appears that a nokia 6288 can't be unlocked by code, could someone confirm this is the case ??

There are no free codes for the 6288 but there are now remote codes out for the BB5 phones, but will cost, or take it to a pro unlocker.

I have a Nokia 6288 phone that I want to unlock, what does BB5, remote codes mean? how is the easiest way to unlock it? (I don't trust the indian shops in the high streets know very much and I am afraid they will mess it... )
