I would really appreciate a little guidance, I'm trying to unlock my 6310i currently locked to O2.
I've tired two codes but don't want to try more until I'm sure what I'm doing.

Can anyone tell me what GEN is ? I've been leaving it as New Griffin

Check to see if it's unlocked already, try another network in the phone. Are you sure, if still locked it's locked to 02

Hi, just tried a Orange SIM, phone said 'sim card registration failed'
Put my original O2 SIM in and all is fine

sim registration failed is an issue with the orange sim card

is it activated ??
