    6280 is a BB5 type phone, only orange can suplly the code

    orange charge about £20....think you are in for a long wait for free ones

    there are people that can unlock these now but got the feeling they will charge more tan the price of the code

    Don't feel like giving Orange any more money. Have successfully unlocked my other phone 6230i so will use that until my Orange contract runs out on 6280.
