Hi Tracey,
Vodafone will be happy to help with your Network Unlock Code (NUC)
You will however need to have an account with us either contract or Pay As You Go. (PAYT)
If the handset is over 12months old the NUC will be free of charge. If it's under 12months old there is a charge of £19.99 (inc VAT) For PAYT customers you will need to have the £19.99 in credit which will then be debited once the NUC has been issued.
You simply need to contact our customer services on 08700 700 191 or 191 from your mobile. We will need to take the make and model of the handset and also your IMEI number.
The IMEI number can be found by entering *#06# into your handset or by looking in the battery compartment.

Hi
My mate gave me his old (Vodafone Contract) Nokia 6600 and I've unlocked it (I used unlockitfree).
Unfortunately I did things slightly wrong its seems;
I got the unlock code using unlockitfree, but when I entered the unlock code #p+xxxxxxxx#, I had an orange sim in the phone. The phone now works with the orange sim (which is my 'standby number') but when I insert the tmobile sim, although the phone boots up and shows 'tmobile' as the network, I can't make or recieve calls from it: I get an audio message 'this phone cannot make or recieve calls'.
Do I need to re-unlock the phone (this time with the tmobile sim inserted) or have I just not done something with the tmobile sim?0 -
