Free Unlock codes for Nokia Phones 7 (U.K. Networks Only)

Please can somebody help me to unlock a Nokia 6101

IMEI no. 356630/00/290994/7

It is locked to Virgin at present. Please can yu tell me do I leave the SIM card in when I unlock it? Or put in the new (Orange) SIM?

Hello can someone help me unlock a Nokia 6230i I just bought today from Argos but it's on T-Mobile (Doh). I need it on Orange.
The IMEI is 353948014189552. I tried the unlocker links at the start, but I didn't understand the New Griffin etc options.
Can someone help a simpleton?

i dont know if you have to leave the sim or not, but you enter the code WITHOUT the spaces

put another networks sim in it when you unlock it (eg an orange sim), and enter the code WITHOUT the spaces

I've tried both but neither of them worked

I checked back on the last time I unlocked one of these and I was told to put the new SIM card in so I did this.

Any ideas anybody? - I've never had probs unlocking Nokias before and it isnt a new phone.

No. Both times it just said "restriction on".

Thanks for the help unlocking. I was wondering is it possible to change the menu's from the supplied T-Mobile branded/setup ones to a more appropriate and funcional Orange menu/settings format? It shows T-zones at the moment and I don't want/use them. Is this possible or is it because I bought a T-mobile phone and it's locked forever?

no free way, mt-pro can unlock this phone but you would need a rich independant shop near you as its about £3k to buy

Thanks gaming_guy the 3220 code worked first time. Is there any way to change the Tesco mobile format/ icons to O2. Could you tell me what the mt-pro? is for a non techie like myself, and if I don`t have as you say a rich independant shop nearby can I buy the code from Orange or anywhere else, Thanks in advance
