  • That's me & the Husband both really making an effort to put as much as we can away.

Gonna keep it up, it's good to see how it builds up.

  • So yesterday added some smoosh to the bottle.

Decided yesterday that we are going to use the smoosh to pay for our anniversary trips every year.

  • Got quite a big deposit in my bag, will add it to the smoosh bottle when I get home!

Been shopping & most places were like I am so sorry I have no £5.00 notes, that's fine with me! Hand me those shiny new pound coins for my little Priscilla to fatten her up :p

    £23.00 in £1.00 coins
    £0.50 in £0.50 coins
    £1.80 in £0.20 coins
    £0.08 in shrapnel

Not too bad, I really should be keeping this to try & get me through the month but going to put it away straight away.

One way to last on a tight budget is to not carry cash around with you, I feel money burns holes in my pockets as my Mum used to say!

If it wasn't for your idea of the smoosh bottle I would have had nothing. So a huge thank you from me. :j:T:)
