 Sure it is, lets pretend its true. What I did not realise you had sold to rent in 1996! Just had a quick track back in my area, 1996 sold £165k, now worth 793k. And you are giving people advice 0 0

            There are positives to renting, each to there own. This thread is about OP getting advice to sell his flat. I think Crashy could do an excellent thread offering advice to would be buyers and the advantages of renting.
 Roof leaking? Ring landlord. Boiler failed? Ditto. Need to move in a hurry?
