The fish pie was totally scrummy - must get my act together and make some individual ones for the freezer, a freezer space worth filling I think:D

This was a simple one of "fish pie mixed fish- " equal quantities of haddock, salmon and smoked haddock mixed with leek & parsley sauce and topped with cheesy mash and baked for 45 mins - was really scrumptious:)

    Morning everyone
Son has headed off on his Prague adventures so back to cooking for one.:) The fish pie was all scoffed last night so no LOs to enjoy today.:( No idea yet re food apart from lunch will involve ham and coleslaw, might do a pasta dish or some kind of tomato, lentil stew will have a rake later, seem to have had a lot of oven chips and mash this week so fancy something different.

Morning all, now back to normal after Goblin poisoning, not eaten anything since Goblingate except some dried mixed fruit

Sun's out, waiting for grandchildren to arrive and then off to sunny Chichester, lunch not sure, but it will not be heavy or spiced, perhaps a bland scrambled eggs on toast sort of stuff

Had E-mail, M & S have their 2 dine out for a tenner offer on now, I have found them good value with the right choice of food, such as stuff that will easily divide / portion out, like chops for instance

I pick the "free" non alcohol choice these days, normally has screw tops so no need to slurp it all in one go

I've got something to do today, so had toast and will leave it at that. Later on I might randomly stumble across something I fancy ... so it's a "We'll see what happens" day.

Who knows... I might even go into Asda... although I bet I'll drive past it and just think "Can't be 4rsed with that... I'll only buy food I don't need and then eat it" :)

Yesterday didn't quite go to plan got on a train at Cambridge about one got off a train at Liverpool Street just after half seven! Missed the cheese and wine evening was meant to be going to. Off to a greasy spoon now for a late breakfast fast. Had takeaway sushi for dinner yesterday.
