I've received nothing, but a statement for £2!

I've phoned them and queried it, and they've said they'll look into it. Anyone else had this? or is it just my dodgy post man?

Mine arrived before my actual order. Actually I didn't think it was bad. Much better than a grey fur collar one and a blue hooded longer one that i got with some other mail order store.
