Thanks iceM , but 10% isn't much compared to getting it for free. I'd probably do better shopping around. Was this code for points after purchase or new customer? Does anyone know?

Is Grattan the same as Freemans. There's a thread on this forum with 30% off first order,maybe that would help?

I ordered the panini press and it didnt come so i phoned them and they said they were out of stock and will be sending them soon. I'm still waiting for it. I'm going to email them now actually.

Thanks Carrie. Was it your first order with them? I don't want to phone them and say it was a first new customer order if teh code was for ongoing customers only.

No, we've been a customer for years. Wonder why they didnt send us this offer though?! I'm not sure who the code was for, if you do phone them, just say it was a code which came through on a leaflet and if they ask you any questions say you threw the leaflet when the code was accepted. Did you order by phnoe or online? You can email them and they are good with their responses.

I phoned them once as I mislaid a 10% off code they'd sent me and they told me that it's their marketing team that send out the promotions, and she couldn't help me. The customer service team don't seem to know much about the codes - or this one didnt anyway!;)

They are out of stock at the moment but i got an email saying they will be getting some more in.

Be careful with Grattan...I ordered from them once using a £15 off first order code and when the items came they had not taken off the £15. I rang and they said it was a £60 min spend! They said that it was in very small print on a link from a web page and no-one ever saw it, but there was nothing they could do. I sent the items back and wont bother with them again. I found them to be more expensive than the other catalogues anyway.
