Pants arrived today along with the dessert set which I was surprised to find is made from melamine. I am not getting too excited about the dinner set now although it will be fine for the garden in the summer. Still not bad for £6.99.
It is also white not ivory.0 -
Just had a courtesy call from grattan, as a new customer (ie trying to sell me insurance, lol)
They put me through to cs to check if my dinner set had gone onto my order. cs lady told me that I couldnt have the dinner set. I had to order over £40 of goods, to get £15 off, and after that I could start using free gift codes.
It sounds better business sense, but I think it will be hit and miss whether people get the free gift or not, depending on who processes the order!
Needless to say, i will be refusing my order when it arrives!
Thanks to the OP - it was a good chance to take!*** Friends are angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly ***

I received my dinner set today, if you can call it that. It consisted of 6 plastic plates, 6 forks, 6 knives, 6 dessert spoons and 6 soup spoons all with plastic handles. I certainly would not say it is a gift worth £30 as grattan claim.0

Does anyone know if this offer is still on, And if Gratten accept Visa Electron?
Also are there two dinner gift sets, 1 plastic and one porc...or is it just the plastic set?
