Entered these codes just now and nothing happened. Nothing was added to the basket and no mention of the dinner set.

I can only get the knickers to show up at checkout despite putting in the codes... is this right ? The price isn't showing the added cost either for the additional dessert set.

I got the additional desert set to show but nothing else with either the dinner set code or the throw code.

Welshlamb, the throw is blue checked on one side and floral on the other - 90% polyester and 10% cotton , it's quilted and size is 140 x 90cms. Doesn't look too bad.

Just phoned grattan customer services to check the code.
The operator said it is a 15pc picnic set in white.
She said that the set can be returned by courier collection if it arrives and it is a picnic set instead of the dessert plates.
I got the code of the letter they sent me so I will keep it for proof just in case.

She also said that they were coming into stock on 13/1/06 and will be despatched after that :j

I emailed them about the dessert set coming up as a picnic set and I received confirmation that it is the dessert set they are sending out and the wording is just a mistake on their part. Looking forward to it arriving as it looks rather nice.
