    it jus shows as an order code which will show on your order confirmation

    yes it has a little box where you enter the order code, and then a page comes up 'thanks for your order' which has the code on it. I printed one off just in case;)

    Oh no, I entered the code but it didnt come up on the next page, just the knickers were on there. That prob means the code hasnt gone through?

    Just phoned customer services - lady told me that the dinner service free gift doesnt show on the order conf screen, nor on the conf email(which I've not had yet - can take up to 24 hours).
    She cant check her system(!!??) til 24hrs after I placed my order, so asked if I would call back tmrw to check that the free gift has gone through.

    Got my knickers today, only ordered Saturday night, no dinner set yet, but does say on delivery note "to follow within 2 Weeks", so many thanks to OP!!

    Just noticed it also says on delivery note, quote ZB72 with your next order to get your free expressions bowl set(whatever that is?? probably those dishes with the funny faces on?) before 31st Jan.

    Hi

    I had my briefs today but no dinner set!. I rang up CS and they told me that i won't be getting it as my item was from the autum/winter range and not the spring.summer. I have tried twice to get through to them again and im on hold constantly :(. Will return them anyway as the absolutely stink of cigarettes..not happy

    Just managed to get through to CS and i got told that reason the lady gave me was rubbish! I have got the dinner piece reordered for me when it comes back into stock..
