    I must add I spent a good while last night having the 50% promotional line discount for 6 month removed in favour of having VEA instead.


    The sales rep said I would be able to have it, but another later on said I am unable to have VEA as my Employer is not listed.


    But again managed with a struggle to have the VEA when I quoted an earlier chat log.


    Next thing is, I was told I'd receive a free VR Headset direct from Samsung, I doubt it, but I can try. However I am sure this offer has expired?

    Many of the rest are just as guilty; they don't just do it in so many ways, on such a spectacular scale and so determindly.

    It's fine, everything appears as correct now.


    I only seem to be paying for the 1 handset.


    I have my bill credit £82.94 as promised that covers the handset, delivery and some bill credit.


    Should any issues arise in future I will give you a shout. I think that is fair enough? I would ask now but cannot risk any errors to be made.

    I upgraded in august (incidentally also with someone called alex). Every month ive had to contact them to charge me the right amount. Always gets refunded in the following bill yet appear to do little with correcting the price of the plan.

    I made the mistake of refreshing the webpage of the chat when i took out the contract and thus lost the original transcript which hasnt helped. I offered to cancel after the first month, as they insisted they wanted to charge me the full amount and not the discounted amount offered. Stating there was no evidence of discount offered. I pointed out that they couldnt possibly have any evidence of me taking out the contract as it was all in the same transcript (it seems they dont keep copies for their own records).

    Its just a pain, cant imagine i will be staying with them on renewal. Good luck, stay persistent!
