You should really start your own thread, not use this one, but I have to comment on this, "Hubby wants to pay it for fear of debt collectors"

Er, debt collectors have no powers. Any fear of them is completely irrational. The ONLY thing they can lawfully do is send out bog paper.

sorry I do apologise immensely :o:o:o
I thought that as it was the same myparkingcharge Id comment to save another useless post.

    No worries.

It's much easier for us to deal with one case per thread, otherwise it gets confusing as to who the advice is meant for. Normally advice is only aimed at the original poster to avoid confusion.

Wouldn't it be better to have all this poster's information in their own thread?

There are currently three people asking for advice on this thread now.

In my work colleague's in-laws' case, there were VCS signs in the car park (albeit rubbish ones).

BG - you raise an interesting point about their right to access keeper details from DVLA records - in view of the wholly deficient Notice to Driver.

Maybe a question to the DVLA about Excel and VCS obtaining data for Myparkingcharge
Pappa said it was a payment portal but excel have their own,
VCS mention if you get a ticket from Myparkingcharge you can pay via their website using Worldpay

Very interesting to note that if an error is made doing this, you can email them or phone them on 0906 302 0211 which is a premium rate number and what's missing are the call charges ???

    0906 number call costs

0906 number call charges are made up of two parts: a Service Charge of up to £3.60 per minute and/or £6.00 which benefits the organisation you are calling and an Access Charge set by your phone company.

The Service Charge should be shown wherever an 0906 number is advertised.

One must assume that by using the above number is goes to their customer service and that is not allowed ?

"Companies are prohibited from using service numbers such as 0906 numbers for post-sales customer service lines."

The PSA regulates these numbers in the UK

    What do you think?
    I've been completely stupid.

I think you should edit your posts and your pics as you have given away too much information about who was driving which is something we normally advise people not to do.
