I just downloaded the zip file to the desktop then double clicked on it to unzip.
Well extract the files to their own directory on your hard drive and try to install from there. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

Thanks
Usually when extracting zipped files, you have the option to extract them to a specific directory of your choice, and create one if necessary. If not use windows explorer to create a new directory and try installing the driver from there. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

Have you tried plugging the device in after installing the driver? Drivers should usually be installed before connecting the device. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
