Savvy Shopper! I've been Money Tipped!
Hope you get a peaceful night tonight. It's so unfair how nature prepare us to give birth by making us get up to pee 6 times a night so we are exhausted before we even start!

Thanks Bob, woke up still feeling very tired and with a headache but only needed to get up twice to pee. :o:D

Got my hair tidied up and thinned out, feels much better now. Had a lovely time at the retirement lunch - the food was good and the weather was lovely and sunny. Went home early as was pretty tired but DH picked me up from the station which was good.

Have had a lazy day today, re-potted a couple of plants and that's about it. Back is quite painful as the sciatic pain seems to have moved to the left side of my back now. Still trying to do some surveys when I can.

Back to work tomorrow for 7 more shifts before finishing up. :j Already hating the thought of getting up in the morning. :o

Should hopefully be getting some more survey money through soon so will pay that off one of the loans when it arrives. We start re-paying the car loans this month. :( Will probably still concentrate on loan no1 as it should go under £1700 with this month's payment. :j Getting there. :) The sooner I can cut the term even more on this one the sooner we'll have £150 p/m to pay to the other loans.

:j Only 6 more get ups now Bob. :) Unfortunately tomorrow is my earliest at 6am but after that I'll be getting up at 7am most mornings unless I'm really not feeling up to it and can go in later if I want. There's no set times for me to be at work after Sunday so will see how I feel.

Had a nice short day at work & just took it easy. Management are pretty much of the opinion that I can do what I want right now, so no stress which is good. :j

Dropped in at my friends' house & borrowed her birthing/exercise ball and TENS machine. Will buy some pads for it so I can give it a try during early labour. My friend said she found it helped her more than a warm bath, so will just have to see if it's any good for me when the time comes.

Just going to have a short nap before DH comes home as still not getting the best sleep at night as too uncomfortable. At least I'm getting some sleep though.

Payday today but need to sort money out before we can look at overpaying any of the loans.

Well, just had a small tantrum & shouted at DH for not knowing how to hang shirts up on the clothes horse the way I like it done.:o These are the work shirts that are best ironed wet & then hung up to dry but I always do it so he's hopeless. I showed him (it's not rocket science!) but "Oh that's not how I do it" & didn't want to listen. No, it's not how you do it, it's how I do it so just pay attention!! Then he started laughing at me.

I'm tired & sore, been at work, started dinner & then stood and ironed the bl**dy work shirts (4 out of 7 were his). All I asked him to do was hang them up the way I like it done!! He worked a long shift today but came home, had a shower & played on the computer.

I've sent him to Mr M's as punishment as we need a couple of things & I'm sitting with my feet up now. He's also been told he's feeding the cats. Sometimes he just doesn't think about the fact that I might be tired due to being heavily pregnant. I think this is especially because I've been very lucky & mostly healthy with no real problems throughout, so have been able to keep doing most things I normally do.

It's a lovely day here so all the kids are out in their gardens - why do they always sound like they're being murdered though? And it's always the children in the garden behind us as well! I'll have my revenge in a few years.:o:rotfl:

Well DH came home semi chastened with a nice bunch of flowers.:p

Have been too tired and lazy to post the last few days. Only 3 more days at work now. :j So looking forward to the rest but will miss the people I've seen more of for the last 6 & a half years than DH!

Working 7 days in a row with the same people for that long will do that to you! And there will be at least 2 retirements whilst I'm gone (and possibly more) so the balance of the shift will be pretty different when I go back (assuming they'll give me my own job back on a job share). Will try & stay positive on that because I know they want me back, just unsure under what terms.

Got £12.50 of survey money through so have paid that off loan no1. The usual payment is due to come off in the next few days so that will take it under £1700! :j:j Waiting on some cashback coming through & also some more survey money so will pay that off as well.

The total on loan no1 is now actually at just over £1500. :j:j Got £4 cashback money through today so paid that off it as well.

Had my last day at work today and was given two big gift bags of things (one for the baby & one for me) along with a helium balloon and a giant mum-to-be badge which my workmates made me wear.:o We also had a lunch buffet and cake. :T:) Was so nice of them all and was feeling quite emotional when I left today. I'll miss seeing the people I work with as so used to seeing them for so many hours every week.

Definitely looking forward to getting more rest though as just feeling very tired atm.

Got chiropractor tomorrow to help my back and pelvis which is good as both quite sore atm. Going to get stocked up on food with DH beforehand. Hoping to get some dinners cooked & portioned up into the freezer before baby makes an appearance so we have something quick & easy to eat when we're knackered.

Hoping to get some work done in the garden over the weekend as well. Some cutting back & re-potting to do - tomatoes & courgettes looking good. :T Could also do with some verbena & lobelia if it's going at a reasonable price for the front border & hanging baskets. I usually wait for the bargain 50p plants but sometimes they're reasonable enough full price. DH also wants to plant some radish, spring onions & lettuce so we'll see how that goes. Our next lot of seed potatoes are due to go into their bag as well. The new potatoes seem to be growing well but plants haven't flowered yet.

Thanks guys, had a busy day today as went out with DH & got loads of food in so we're all stocked up. We're going to do the cooking for the freezer over the weekend & hopefully get organised.

We got a couple of washings done & DH also planted our next lot of potatoes. :T

Went to the chiropractor & my back feels a bit better but it was quite sore when she was working on it. Hoping it feels a bit better again tomorrow. Won't see her again until I'm feeling up to it after the baby is born.

Planning on getting some garden supplies & maybe a few plants tomorrow but other than that hoping to relax with DH.

We really need to sort out putting the car seat bases into the cars though as have been meaning to do it for the last 2 weeks. :o

Also need to practice using the pram & putting it up and down and have a few things to tidy up & put away in the nursery.
