Morning all
Double grr to the unpicking coxy,it V annoying when that happens.
I had some to do on Noel, I'd mixed up two similar symbols so done done of the lace petticoat edge in the wrong colour-that had to come undone as well, but thankfully it was only about 20 stitches.
Looking forward to seeing wild wolf appear nmm.SPC~12 ot 124

Ooh nmm a lovely new project starting - how exciting! I look forward to seeing your progress.
I was very annoyed at the unpicking but the slubs in the linen had made my eyes go googly (technical term there) and I miscounted. Hey ho, not too much of a problem. Hoping to do some of the collecting shells design this weekend. Haven't been in during the evening this week (2 x courses, 1 x youth club and quiz night tonight), so hopefully tomorrow I will be able to sit and stitch - that's the plan anyway.
Have a good evening all,

Hello all, I don't have time to cross stich much these days but still have loads to do.
Mrs MP - I have just looked at the date I stitched the Celtic Lady you are doing - eek 1992, she is as beautiful now as she was when I stitched it. Enjoyed every stich and she brightens my day when I look at her on my wall.
Will watch all your progress with delight.

Looking great Mrs m-p xx
I haven't stitched all weekend as ended up clearing the ironing pile and food shopping. All needs must but hey ho. It was really cold in the office today but luckily I took in a microwave jacket potato and pot of baked beans. Didn't have the time to stitch unfortunately. I am just about to have an hour on Collecting Shells. Bliss.
Thanks for the heads up on the magazine offers nmm. I have already signed up for cross stitch crazy as I prefer that one. The first direct debit has left my account bu no sign of the magazine yet. I will give it this week then chase them up.
Have a good evening all

Looking good mrs m_p, what sort of frame is that? I've not seen one before.

The box is in the cupboard at the mo I'll get it out at the weekend, it's a frame the lady in the shop recommended to me, its four plastic rods that slot into each other to form a square locked into each other at the corners with plastic pegs. The plastic chain links you can see then trap the fabric into a gulley in the rods to hold the fabric taught. The size can be adjusted my sliding the rods further into each other. I'm getting on really well with it.
In other news Celtic Christmas now has a face!!!SPC~12 ot 124
