Another Friday has come around fast , DGC were brilliant today. DGD and I managed to get out to the park today which was the first time in ages.
My car needs a couple of repairs doing about £250 , non are urgent so that's happening after Easter. Tomorrow I am off to see my friend in Windermere for the day so early start probably. Last week in work next week before a weeks leave , looking forward to that.
Payday came and went, have been eating from the freezer as it was rather full so hoping for a low shop this week.
Parents of away Sunday , I hope they enjoy it, they will of course they always do. We have had no medical appointments this week.
I have started my extra voluntary work , which is about being part of a steering group, it is fairly interesting. We meet at 5.30 until about 7 , I am there again on Wednesday, keeps me out of mischief and the brain ticking.

Good offer on the Bosch
I've got a Shark and a Henry, both are brilliant but the Henry is very heavy. I got the Shark when I broke my ankle as it was easier to use from a wheelchair. I had a Dyson a few years ago but wasn't impressed. I can also recommend Sebo, not cheap but excellent.
Have a lovely weekend xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Hope you’ve had a lovely day in Windermere.
We’ve been to a lovely place today - a sculpture trail in Clitheroe and onto a converted mill which is a farm style shop and restaurant with a micro brewery - so we had lunch which was delicious and dh tried several beers (they did tasters 1/3rd pints, and he wasn’t driving) I’ve never been around there before - well worth a visit.January spends - £587.580 -
