Quick drop in before dashing of out to meet friends for dinner. My dad was given the news that he does have prostate cancer but not so bad as it's been caught very early. He has decided on a 3 month wait and see scenario . Then he can go away for his 80 th birthday . Treatment will start after that., he is in good spirits .
Been to the shop for stuff to make a packed lunch for tomorrow as taking the DGC to the coast tomorrow as the forecast looks good. Hoping grandad is coming as well.
Work has been very busy , I am glad to have finished for the week.0 -
Sorry to hear about your Dad Cumbria, but the prognosis sounds positive. Enjoy your meal and also your day at the coast. It's been beautiful here today and I've had the doors and windows flung open to let some fresh air in. xx0

Sorry to hear the news of your dad Cumbria (hugs), but as you have said, and others have commented, the prognosis looks excellent. Whenever you've mentioned your dad, he always sounds like a really chirpy, positive person which I'm sure will stand him in good stead.
