My little one has to read the same story three times because that's her school rule. She reads it once, understands it, answers the questions and then doesn't read the words next time, just quotes it from memory, but they wont change her book until she's read it three times exactly. Little one wont tell them she's read it either. x

All schools seem to be different, I am not against the children being pushed but it just seems so much . My DD will decide how much my DGS will do , she is his mum after all . I will help all I can if needed.

Two days work done , today was a training day so was home for 4.15 which was good as the room was freezing we were sat in.

Have managed 2 NSD's so far, hoping for 4 this week. Did Zumba again last night and enjoyed it again. In my bid to try and ditch 90% of my caffeine drinking , I am now drinking my 2 litres of water a day . I am still having around 4 cups of tea a day. My last push is to change to decaf tea, can anyone recommend one that they like ?

Tonight is about doing very little .

  • Lucky that you got to finish early, but sitting in a cold room all day is deffo not good for you. There's nothing worse than that. x

I felt a bit sad when I got home today , but I think it was the training today . It was all about Domestic Abuse which I have lots of experience of , not personally through my job.

It was more a refresher really but apparently in the area I work there has been a 93% increase in reports to the police . Just made me think really how lucky I am not to have ever experienced it myself.

Luckily my MSE friends have taken my mind of it, so thank you.

  • Can't recommend any tea I'm afraid as I don't like it! Well done on your water intake though - I'm ok with my intake at home but keep forgetting at work when I get busy!:(

Glad to hear the Zumba's going well. :)
