My whole flat has been spring cleaned within an inch of its life, everything o have wanted to do for months I have mostly done.
A tip run is needed on Monday and charity shop drop off as well. Tomorrow is shopping and ironing and a to do list for between now and end of November . Another to do list for next week as well. My well being revolves around being organised , it's a character trait I can't change. However I now don't turn down days out , adventures in favour of cleaning as I did years ago, so some improvement.
Going to get something to eat and then bed , in my lovely clean sheets. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I like to be organised too, and can feel quite anxious if I don't make plans to achieve things. I like certainty in my life, but am learning to react better if random things happen and plans have to change0

After all the activities of the last few weeks, today has been spent at home relaxing. I had a walk to the local shop and bought some vinegar to replace the nearly empty I threw out on Saturday.
Have got all my budget up to date and all seems to be ticking along. My focus after this week is on Christmas and Australia trip. I don't want to be last minute with everything and go silly with money.
I dearly wanted to be debt free by next Christmas, but that isn't going to happen if I want to live as well. My aim now is for summer 2020, I know I have only £3800 to go but my salary isn't going to increase very much and my expenses won't change to much. I am happy with this as long as it's gone by the time I am 60. My CC 0% interest is until April 2021. I will keep making overpayments as and when I can so it might come forward a little bit.
I am having a chicken stir fry for dinner , need to get breakfast and lunch ready for work tomorrow as wellThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

It was indeed chilly yesterday - my blankie come out as I snuggled down watching a film. It was quite nice....but not looking forward to winter and darker nights.
I'm with you on living whilst paying off debts. If I put undue pressure on myself I end up miserable and blow all my good intentions out of the window.
