  • UU: Soap and Glory scrub thing 50ml. Got this as the free thing in 3 for 2 just to see what its about. WNBA I'm not fussed about body scrubs. My skin does feel a bit softer for using it but I always forget to use them. I have a larger scrub from them in stash anyway.

TA: Max Factor Mastertouch All Day Concealer, bought this twice now but probably wouldn't bother buying again.
TA: Maybelline Dreamlumi Touch Highlighting Concealer. I had this as a PP item but my skin has been breaking out so badly on my chin and these 2 concealers are twisty up ones and I think they've got bacteria or something in them so I'm just throwing them out. Both are slightly too dark for my skin tone anyway.

IN: So excited! My Birchbox arrived this morning :j
I got a Lord and Berry crayon concealer, a hand cream, Nuxe multipurpose oil, Monuspa rosewood reviving mist and a John Frieda frizz ease deep conditioning mask (Just had my hair cut so I'll save this for when its a birds nest in 4 months time)

    Some UUs:
    - Clinique pep start hydroblur moisturizer sachet. WMB - really nice! Quite thick and comforting, and really seemed to sink in well.
    - Vichy Idealia life serum (mini 3ml). WNB - nice, but I've used better serums.
    - mini bottle of Bioderma Hydrabio micellar water. WPB - Really liked it, was fantastic for removing eye makeup. No irritation, and unscented! Definitely the best micellar cleanser I've tried.

Also UU or binned a few other sample sized products, but I can't remember what they were - I was travelling at the time!

I have a few splutterers too - so I think January might be ok following the December sales :O

assett I got a Bayliss & Harding gift set from my in laws for Christmas and it went straight to the CS.

I was debating using mine as toilet cleaner, my In-laws seem to think they are nice gifts because they look "nice & expensive" apparently. I'm not sure if they have ever had the pleasure of trying the products!

    1) Lush snowcake soap(sliver only left)
    2) Gilchrist & Soames sample soap
    3) Animal Body Lotion 125ml (new bottle)
[STRIKE]4) Superdrug coconut shampoo & conditioner (both nearly gone) [/STRIKE]
    5) Gilchrest & Soames shampoo & conditioner Samples
    6) Boots simply sensitive face cream SPF15
    7) Lush Angels on bare skin
    8) Superdrug exfoliating face mask

    Some UUs to report
2, Salcura Zeo Derma Moisturiser sample - WNB smelt horrid
3, Superdrug coconut shampoo 400ml - WBA but not for a while
4, Superdrug coconut conditioner 400ml - WBA but not for a while
5, Colgate Cavity Protection toothpaste 75ml - WBA

And on ready the thread I have dutifully taken time out to cleanse, tone moisturise my face and also slathered my feet in the oodles of Body lotions in the house.

    One sample UU:

Nuxe Reve de Miel Hand and Nail Cream sample WDB. This is lovely. Smells nice and moisturises my hands perfectly.

Speaking of Bayliss and Harding gift sets, my mum got one for Christmas from a friend and she hates it, She's trying to use them up straight away as she can't stand the products.

Welcome to all the new people, and good luck with using things up!
maybe I need to start a new thread - No Buying Unnecessary Shoes- as I've just counted in the last week I've bought 5 pairs (and another is about to be ordered) All in the sales, all under a tenner a pair (except the bronze fitflops which were a bargainous £15), I can't say Noooooo :D

:rotfl: Love it! I have sooo many shoes I never wear. Though I rarely buy more nowadays, unless replacements.

Got messagrs from DPD so i think one of my french lush orders will be here on monday. Still waiting for my german order to be dispatched. Seems to be incredibly fast postage from france. They still have gift sets in sock and other bits if anyone wants any lush from the sale, not enabling of course lol! Ive been very naughty but this should see me through this year for baths lol!!

I did have a look at the site - they had quite a few bubble bars left in the sale, which are what I wanted, but I didn't want to pay the postage :p I need to save some money, so didn't buy any, and will just look for a bottle of nice bubble bath.

That sounds like a great set in that birchbox! Quite jealous :)

Dove Go Fresh Nourishing Lotion 400ml - Good to finish off a large bottle. I liked the scent of this and it sank in quickly so perfect to use in the mornings before dressing. Thicker moisturisers might be preferable for winter if you get really dry skin but this was really good. WDBA.

I need this challenge in my life. After decluttering my dressing table, I was disgusted at how much things I buy that all fit the same category! I threw a lot of stuff away that hadn't been used for a long time. I then separated the stuff that I use regularly into my dressing table and the rest has gone into a bag to sell.

My PP list for January is:

The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Oil
    Lush CoalFace
    Indeed Exfoliator
    Neutrogena Oil Free Moisturiser
    NARS Sheer Glow

I find it so hard to use up things that I have if I've found my holy grail. For example, my holy grail concealer is NARS Creamy Concealer so I use this every day so the other 21 concealers I've bought along the way are not getting used ... what do I do?! Suck it up and use them?

    UUs:

Nivea hydro lip balm: WBA, moisturises very well.
Nivea Q 10 hand cream: WMBA.
Lidl Cien Sensitive roll-on: Exact copy of Sure roll-on but not quite as effective. WBA as it's cheaper and use with a stronger anti-perspirant spray.
    Superdrug Anti-ageing face mask: WBA
Sample sized perfume of Davidoff the Game WNB

    TA:
    Ferne Cotton lip crayon
    Eyeko chubby silver eyeshadow stick

Unfortunately, these products rolled under my heater and melted. So gutted, especially about the eyeshadow. WB both again.

Hi, I'd like to join in on this, I don't have a massive amount of stuff, but enough that I should use some of it up before buying more. When I'm out shopping I tend to think 'I might as well buy a couple of shower gels/deodorants/body sprays etc, while I'm here' even though I have at least a couple at home, especially when I go to HB or Wilko as we don't have those in our closest towns, so tend to stock up when we go there. I will try to make a list of what I have tomorrow.

I'd mix them with what i have unless they are unopened and can be sold. Or you might try to use them as eyeshadow primers ;)
