That's a great baking session! What sort of brownies did you do? I tried Biscoff brownies the other day - very sweet but nice.

  • Thank you SH, Cherryfudge , Warby68 and Janb5. Thank you so much for your kind words. It was my first day back at Job 1 today so encouraging to read your words when I got home, thank you.

Cherryfudge - biscoff brownie sounds incredible! I just did chocolate brownies, the first lot was my usual recipe from Usborne books, whereas the second recipe was one with chocolate chunks in. A colleague once made rhubarb blondes which tasted incredible...must get the recipe !

Warby68 - 30 hours a day sounds a great idea 😉. Sleep isn’t great but has been better over the holidays.

A positive first day back today and a NSD to boot 🙂.
