Well I have just been told by my parnter we handed over the lease when we moved and they have the permit now (we haven't lived there for over a year now). Tickets are from aug 2013-feb 2014

Yeah he bought it off plan (before we met) so had it for years before this company came along. And they don't 'police' the car park now if that makes a difference

Also annoyed as I've read so much about this company being fraudsters and the amount they are charging is a crime itself. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

How many minutes/seconds were you nipping up to the flat and back ? If a very short time where was the lowlife lurking, he should have warned you.

never know , might be time to ch,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

PS , good luck , the chances are that the solisitor they use will have no paperwork or even the wrong stuff, or simply be hung over , go in with a firm (but not aggressive) attitude , let the judge realise that you are a "fish out of water" , get some dout about UKPC in the judges mind , and let him / her help you

Thanks for all your help everyone. I'm gonna get some sleep and get my sh*t together tomorrow. I'd be grateful for anymore advice anyone has and I'll read in the morning.

I didn't leave in disabled bay for long. I see there parking attends parking in the bays to go to tesco across the road. I would of taken pics if I would have known 3 years later id be in court!!!
