Court on 3rd Jan over UK PCP parking fines

So stupidly I got 4 parking tickets which I was told to ignore because it was on private land (flat communal car park, 2 in normal bays and 2 in disabled bay) where I was previously living with my boyfriend. He also got tickets but I think because his driving licence was to the flat address they haven't taken his tickets any further. My driving licence address was still at my parents house at the time. The tickets are currently standing at £160 each which a joke to be honest (now plus court fees) I am being taken to court on the 3rd January and a bit scared of how to fight this. We had a baby just before I got these tickets (which is why I was living there and using his pass to park there) so it was due to permit falling off the window and parking in disabled bay to run up and get something I forgot. I know the DVLA can fine for not changing address so a bit worried they will throw this back at me. No local solicitors will help me as its not a large enough case and the court are no help and never answer the phone. I'm worried what I will face when I go into court as I've never been in trouble with the law and the fines are totalling to over £800 already!
Also annoyed as I've read so much about this company being fraudsters and the amount they are charging is a crime itself. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

You have left it too late to ask for help now.
You should have supplied the court (and claimant) your defence before now for a hearing next week. And too late now for an adjournment.
I fear you are going to have to turn up in court with your trousers over your arm ready!0 -
await further help (it will come)
PS: the info came from the address on the V5 not your licenceSave a Rachael

I also had a letter to say if the claimant does not pay a court fee then it will be thown of court and I have not heard anything since. I am guessing it is still going ahead as this company are taking people to court for less money than I 'owe'
Trouser over my arm? What does that mean? I have no chance?0 -
The claimant has submitted evidence but sent it to my old address and not my new one (which all the rest of the correspondance has been sent to up until now). And only just found this out today. It's all so confusing, I do not understand these procedures. No I have not submitted a defence. Am I totally screwed?0

Are you sure you have a hearing set for next week?
You would normally just get a CCJ by default in your circs0 -
Ok I'll call them ASAP and inform them saying I have recieved no evidence. Will this make a big difference to my case papa golf?0

I have a notice of trial date letter and then a letter to say the claimant owes money before the hearing goes ahead. And nothing since. I don't know what a CCJ is?0
