    County Court Judgement.

Did you send anything into court about this?
  • V5 was registered to my parents house. That is where the correespondance started but I've since moved and sold the car and have had all my post to new address
  • Yes I've since been talking with the court about mediation but this could not be arranged and the judge has ordered it to court now.

So when you asked for mediation did you send a defence on the same form?
  • Ok papa golf I think I see I have make another f up? I just assumed that cause the court are corresponding to my new address then PCP would to. I just collect post from my parents and haven't spoken to PCP at all about anything including any address change. Ahhhh so Im getting the feeling I don't have a leg to stand on.

You MUST have written something in the defence box on the claim form - what did you write?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Quentin they sent me a letter in regards to mediation and I phoned them to book. They never had any appointments when I could get the kids looked after (as I needed an hour strictly uninterrupted) so now it's been sent to court
  • I can't remember. This all started when I gave birth to my second baby. It's all a bit of a blur. I must look so stupid
