Happy New Year everyone. Hope you all had a good New Year's Eve. No alcohol for me so celebrated with a glass of diet tonic water, LOL!
No particular plans for this week coming although will probably get suitcases packed at the weekend ready for our holiday.
Today's plan:
B - bacon & mushroom sandwich - HEB + 3.5 (3 for butter 0.5 for brown sauce)
L - jacket potato, baked beans, apple & orange after
D - LO beef casserole, potatoes and maybe some cabbage depending on whether I can be bothered!
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - as above; may have some dark choc later, although I didn't yesterday.
Definitely no need for any reining in this week - syns have been very low (apart from Thursday night - the last time I had wine!).

Happy New Year everybody.
DH and I went out for a Chinese then we saw the new year in on the beach. I was on tonic water at the restaurant and didn't have any alcohol until gone 11 but then made up for it with cava, followed by Baileys and we didn't get in till 3!
I'm doing a roast dinner for four today and there's likely to be more alcohol consumed but the food will be SW friendly. Tomorrow will be the start of an alcohol free week, my liver needs a break!
Have a good day.

Same here lois.
Last night was worse than expected as I had chocolates as well as the cheese. But that was last year so it's behind me.:D
I'm going to stay on plan and very low syn until Friday when we're out at a birthday party. I don't think I'll lose the pre Christmas gain this week but I don't want to add any more.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit (with paracetamol;)), HEB porage, HEA milk
L: some salad bits to eat up from last night probably with JP and cottage cheeseHB steaks, roast potatoes and parsnips, carrots, cauli, broccoli
Syns: squirt of syrup and weekend wine.0 -
Happy New Year! I'll talk quietly so as to not upset those of you that have slight hangovers
Welcome to the board charlies-aunt and gill5blue
Decided on an SP day today, we were going to go over the pub for brunch but made it ourselves to save pennies and syns
Brunch - bacon, heck chicken sausages, egg, 2 x toast, marg, sauce, a mushroom - 6 syns and 2 x heb
Tea - beef stew - beef, carrots, bns, leek, oxo served with steamed broccoli - all free
snacks - 2 more sausages (1 syn)apple, orange, carrot sticks
Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Unless your superman is 8 years old and has autism then I think your safe
B: 2 wheatabix with skimmed milk and mixed berries (A+B)
L/D: Roast beef with 1 Hm yorkshire pudding, mash/roast spuds, carrots, cauli and swede will have gravy and maybe a small bit of stuffing..... thinking 8-9 syns but it's still cooking
Have some apples/veg sticks and some cold tuna pasta to nibble on later too if needed!
Mr H has eaten the rest of my birthday chocolates and all signs of christmas has been banished back up to the loft..... well except the over flowing recycling/rubbish bins they have to wait until collection on friday :rotfl:
I am still in my Pj's and the prospect of body magic today looks highly unlikely! I do have some ironing to do and the rest of the clean up..... bathrooms, dusting and hoovering to do.
Master H has a friend coming to play tomorrow so will do extra body magic playing in the woods pokemon hunting!

Happy New Year everyone,
I may have just eaten my own body weight in treacle toffee last night and washed it down with copious amounts of Prosecco! Moving swiftly on I am trying to be angelic, but as I often find when I've had a ton of sugar and alcohol the next day I'm absolutely ravenous and have to force myself to back away from the treat cupboard. I may just go to bed early tonight as it's easier then not eating carp.
Hope everyone had fun and stayed safe.

Hi all
I spectacularly fell way off the SW wagon the last week of Nov til now, combination of awful class leader and sleep deprivation making me crave sugar (I have a 4.5 month old baby!). I faced the scales today and I've put on 8lbs in that time, which I'm actually amazed at cos I've literally had cake or chocolate every day. I can easily put on half a stone over xmas normally so not too bad! Psychologically, I'm still in the same stone bracket and I'm a stone under my pre pregnancy weight too so that's good.
I'm restarting SW by myself on Tuesday. There is a camembert with my name on it in fridge for tonight's supper and I'm going out for food with OH tomorrow. I've done a SW friendly shop so am good to go!
I'm off work on maternity leave til end of March so would like to aim for 22lbs by then. I'm still breastfeeding so get extra HEX.
Hope you all had a good festive season.* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *
