I'm trying to decide on what to do for next week...
I'm thinking that going through my CD collection that I haven't even unpacked since moving house 3 1/2 years ago is a good plan...

I applied for (and was accepted for) a 0% balance transfer card, doing it through the MSE eligibility calculator, this will help me clear my debts.

This week I am organising craft stash. I will be taking some of it to a swap or sell party and some will end up on ebay.

Lunch: School Lunch and meal from canteen
    Supper at Childminder: Lasagna
    Dinner: Rubber Chicken curry :D

    Tuesday -
    Breakfast: Cereal and porridge
Lunch: Packed lunch and Soup with bread
Supper at CM: Fresh pasta and sauce
    Dinner: Mac 'N' Cheese (HM)

    Wednesday -
    Breakfast: Cereal and ryvita
Lunch: School lunch and Soup with bread
Supper at CM: Mac 'N' Cheese
Dinner: Danish meatballs, potatoes and peas with gravy

    Thursday -
    Breakfast: Cereal and porridge
Lunch: Packed lunch and left overs
    Supper at CM: Leftovers
    Dinner: Lasagna (HM)

    Friday -
    Breakfast: Cereal and Ryvita
    Lunch: School lunch and Soup
    Supper at CM: Left overs
Dinner: Pork tenderloin with veg (found one in the freezer hehehe)

    Saturday -
Breakfast: Cereal and possibly a sneaky bagel
Lunch: sandwiches and any left overs
    Dinner: Chicken fajitas

Saturday and Fridays dinners might get swapped round depending on work week but all depends on timing on Friday workwise and if I forget to defrost the tenderloin in the morning ;)

I love a meal planning session - it always goes to pot when I forget to get vital stuff out the freezer in time. Maybe I should set alarms on my phone to remind at the same time as planning?

Love mac & cheese so easy and filling - little boy wolfs it down too.

That's a pretty nifty idea :) I may give that a try! I have no idea why I've never thought of that myself before! DOH

  • Done an inventory of our freezer and cupboards last week and started using stuff up - we have 8 tins of baked beans and about 15 yellow sticker naan breads!

  • Ticked a few more off the list :)

Remortgaged for a better rate so we're now paying £365 instead of £420 a month.

Inventoried cupboards & freezer - we need to eat a lot of beans, at least there's nothing near it's use by date.

Checked my tax code and it was correct.

Transferred one of myy ccs at £2600 to 0%, hoping the one I've cleared will offer me a good balance transfer deal now so I can shuffle another to 0%

Think this weeks task will be finding more stuff to sell on ziffit.
